shooto help with this one had standing 8 count with no punches in the ground like rings inform me with this fact please?

rings standing 8 count with no elbows and no punches in the face while in ground

Pancrase shoot fighting with rope escapes and no close fist to the face

UFC rules vale tudo no biting to no eye pokes to now unified rules.

Pride fc rules originally no kicks and knees but to fully adopt has we know pride rules with no elbows to face.
rizin ff very interchangeable rules set some with elbows some with no knees and stomps and some with full rules set with elbows best in the business in rules.

Dream with knees and stomps while in ground but no soccer kicks or elbows but knees are ok weird set.

ONE championship had signal soccer kicks switch to no signal soccer kicks than banned them. upkicks while on the ground and
knees to a grounded opponent no soccer kicks or stomps but stomps while both are on ground weird set of rules.

UFC was originally a from a brazil.

as far as Europe MMA pretty much unified rules

no news on
FFC Croatian mma organization
had pride rules but had problems with soccer kicks and stomps with mainstream audience.

source from wiki

Pretty much rest of euro mma promotion have unified rules

DREAM didn't allow stomps. Sengoku had same rules as DREAM but fighters could kick while on the ground if both were grounded.

RIZIN has the best rules of them all.

Strikeforce originally had no elbows to the ground to fully adopt unified rules.
Biggest changes out of all organization were pride fc when they went to us had no elbows and no 4 point attacks.
Ufc from vale tudo to unified rules.
Pancrase from original rules to ring and adopted to cage mma with unified rules.

Dream had stomps and upkicks while both are on the ground!

http://forums.sherdog.com/threads/ufc-belts-never-had-any-legitimacy-and-heres-why.3367233/

What do people think of this? Is this person right? In that the ufc and mma in general are not legitimate considering majority of mma promotions are private and have their own rankings rather then say an outside body doing the rankings?

Technically they're right people can say that the ufc is the biggest and the best 2 or 3 things
1 they lost when they sent their fighter chuck to pride
2 the success of wec pride and strikeforce fighters in the ufc.

So how can they say it is true considering the 2 above things have happened? The opposite is true too fighters have been successful in other organizations but flopped in the ufc and ufc fighters have won belts in other organizations eg Coleman Davis bader and Macdonald.

Pretty much proves what I suspected for mma to be seen as really legit mma organization especially the major ones need to drop that "Island unto ourselves" mentality and allow the fighters to challenge the champion of another organization.

The ufc is definitely the biggest culprit of it they know deep down the Bellator rizin deep one champions have just much of chance as beating their champion as the other way around.

To me the top major organizations are
Ufc
Bellator
Rizin
One fc
Ksw
In my opinion if you're the champion in one of these promotions you should be considered to be one of the best in the world
1 Bellator champion 1 rizin champion
2 ufc champion 2 Ksw champion
3 one fc champion 3 Bellator champion
4 rizin champion 4 one fc champion
5 ksw champion. 5 ufc champion
1 ufc champion 1 one fc champion
2 ksw champion 2 rizin champion
3 rizin champion 3 ksw champion
4 one fc champion 4 Bellator champion
5 Bellator champion. 5 ufc champion

I know gmma does it that's why I take this rankings more seriously still wouldn't it be great if the others followed suit?

It hurts the legitimacy of the sport but the sport is still legitimate if you can look past the BS.

Best rules in MMA = Rizin: soccer kicks, stomps, knees on the ground, elbows (including 12-6 elbow), 10 minute opening round, fight scored as a whole, yellow cards for inactivity.

Art of War (China) has similar rules

After that PRIDE had the third best rules.
