That is good news to hear... Lol so much for their theory of Rizin shuting down after a few shows.
That's right. They are expanding things which is a really good sign. I really hope they continue to do so. I think a lot of the negative news about Rizin is UFC disinformation from shills and zombies.

Rizin.13 is sold out. They are adding 6,000 more seats due to the sell out in their chosen configuration. Tenshin vs. Horiguchi is a hit in Japan.

Me three... You can see why the ufc made sakkikabarra sign an 8 year no competition clause.

That's right and the zombies are always on Sherdog talking bad about Rizin and Bellator and then when there is some good news they are quite for a little while.

^^ yes that is true but realistically how big can Rizin get? Can it reach pride status or will it only be say a niche organisation?

We may not see a Pride level org. again in Japan but Rizin has reached a good status selling 20,000 seats and getting decent ratings on Fuji TV. I hope they can continue to grow which seems the case as they plan on having a 37,000 seat configuration for NYE this year and holding more shows next year.

I found this might be interesting
As for rizin yes you are most likely right in my opinion for rizin to reach pride status
1 have champions that people will get behind
2 top 10 fighters they have a few but not too many
3 a great heavy weight roster because let's be the heavy weight and middle weight division were the real selling tickets yes light weight and welterweight were popular but not as much as the heavier divisions.
4 I would love to see Rizin build a heavy weight class that is or near on par with what pride was.
Hey according to the zombies heavy weight today are more evolved than the heavy weight of the past lol i might be the crazy guy but the only evolved thing is weight cutting and even then. As i always say mma evolution began and ended the moment cross training began it is true.

Nothing to do with the subject but do folks prefer
10lbs per division
20lbs per division
I'm the 20lb camp people say it should be 10lbs but hang on most of the missed weight is in the lighter divisions yes there has been some at welterweight a few at middle weight fuck all at light heavy weight and i think none at heavyweight.
Heavy weight unlimited
Light heavy weight 205
Middle weight 185
Light weight 165
Feather weight 145
Bantam weight 125
Yes Division will change and some no longer exist that is how i would do it.

^^ hahaha people were asking why doesn't the ufc follow one fc weight cutting plan
1 the ufc didn't come up with the idea and they don't like the idea of other mma organizations coming up with better ideas then them.
As for rizin i do think it has potential it is only 3 years old
1 build another goat heavy weight roster
2 have more international stars
3 hold grand prixs
4 go to other countries China especially
5 back in the pride days were they had the entire arena dark apart from the ring.
6 i will get flak for this but a new ring announcer I'm a huge lenne hardt fan but you listen to her in rizin it doesn't have the same energy as she did in pride yes people get older and she most likely can not do how she used to do it. I most likely will get shit for it but pride lenne beats Rizin lenne.

Great information at that link. Your points are spot on. One thing I could add is really build up international and national stars like they had in PRIDE. Their stars came from all over the world.

Agreed on all again, except for Lenne Hardt. IMO she has to stay.

They want kyoji back in the ufc but
1 I thought he was just a can mighty mouse crushed
2 he probably makes more in Rizin than the ufc

LOL, yes you did. Yeah, hard to say who could replace her when it comes time for that in the future. No one could really match her style. Maybe change the style and use someone like the KSW announcer. He is one of the best announcers out there.

I guess they like dudes who pretty much throw fights the minute he gets hit. Should be the easiest debut for a fighter.
