Obviously I have tenshin in the kick boxing fights kyoji in the mma matches.

1 i say there isn't a mma gp this year they would of said something by now

With fedor the cans thing the next time i will ask one simple question name one mma fighter who has never fought a can?

1 how is ufc more real than pride
2 ufc has watered down mma rules
3 pride had a rule set that could kill you
4 pride didn't give a shit about weight whereas today you have people bitching over a kilos.

With rizin i do think it can be a major force in Asian mma i don't think it will be as big in the west as say the ufc and Bellator but in its part of the world i see that as a possibility.

With the pride rizin yes Rizin hasn't reached pride legend status yet but mma wasn't as big or popular as it is now.

With rizin ff i love that they are doing more events but 20 no no 8-10 shows would be sufficient in my opinion.

With pride in reality they only put between 6-10 events per year still they where stacked cards

But in hindsight with the smaller Rizin events use them as a break through event if you win here you get your ticket to the big show but mainly for people who are just starting if you're 12 fights in or you already hold championship than yes i say go straight to the big shows.

I agree, the 20 shows is too much. i agree with 8 to 10 shows max for next year. Not sure what they have planned. They mentioned having big shows and smaller shows.

Sadly, Kid Yamamoto just passed away. Very sad. I wish his MMA career ended on a better note and 41 is too young.

wasn't it only a month ago he was diagnosed? Man he must of had stage 4 cancer i didn't think it was that severe but oh boy like Kevin gone too soon.

I think he only announced it a month ago. He may have had it long before. I know he wasn't at Miyuu's corner back in July. I could be wrong but I believe a Japanese article I read he may have been fighting cancer for 2 years. I also heard it was possibly stomach or colon cancer. I saw a picture of him from a few weeks ago and he didn't look good as he was frail and in a wheelchair.

Agree, thought about Kevin Randleman as well.

With permission from Yamamoto's father, Sakakibara confirmed Yamamoto's cancer was stomach cancer and that Yamamoto had been diagnosed for two years but it got bad earlier this year.
