Many shill journalists in the MMA media, no doubt about it.  Zuffa tries to keep tight control of their PR machine and if you step out of line, Fox fires you and then you are choked and roughed up backstage by a big body guard, credentials pulled, and physically thrown out of the arena.

Have known of her bullshit for a long time because i used to listen to her a long time ago on her you tube videos. She maybe right about having bills to pay but EVERYBODY that works for fox or zuffa or bellator is full of shit & they know it too. imo.

I hate that excuse. Let me just say I don't have a problem with taking a job with Zuffa but it depends. I have no problem with someone getting hired by Zuffa and admitting they're UFC reporters or cover UFC. I don't have problems if you admit to being a UFC employee hired to cover them. My problem are people like Bryant and Ariel Helwani who claim to be "MMA Journalist" all the while they're working for Zuffa and collecting paychecks while barely covering the sport. That's not journalism.

Exactly. I don't mind people taking the job, but yeah, in journalism, when you are paid to cover something you are ethically obligated to reveal that. Like saying in a product review, "Company X has graciously given us an advance copy of their thing-a-ma-jig to review". But, none of these 'journalists' admit to being on the payroll.

True. Don't know if media has ever done anything other than propaganda, people are are too easily emotionally manipulated by media. We have to let go of these robotic clowns seriously i watched a news clip of something about that female ufc fighter that was caught in a shoot out recently & the reporter though speaking in a foreign language had the exact tone & sign off as any western t.v reporter. You know how they give their name & sign off at the end of a report. It was hilarious how they all sound the same no matter where they are from..
