It's extremely difficult to do. You need to make sure fighters don't have other things lined up. Training camps, seminars, family events etc. It's hard enough to get a guy under contract. Let alone getting a bunch of dream matches set up? That's reaching, especially for an event with no real backers. I would love to take on a challenge like this, but realistically it'd lose out on a shitload of money and there would be a ton of debt to pay off.

Kickstarter is no guarantee it would even get off the ground. It's an absolute last option. I could do a business plan write up, but the buffer for money spent on an MMA event has to be at least 60% more than projected and even then I wouldn't feel safe about it.

Wishful thinking! Every company looses money in their beginnings, and dream match ups cost a lot of money!

I think it could work if it happened would love to attend! We could try to gets some start up funds, hell who knows maybe it would even take off I can dream can't I?
