lol Pudz was not moving in with his punches. there was no power on them shots.

Pudz put in work with Khalidov on his striking. If Iron chin james thompson survives a fully torqued right hook from the worlds strongest man I will be impressed.

Things are growing here nicely, no trolls, no drama, it's great.

Well Pudz has been at American top team, I think. He is also fighting first time with out shoes. Pudz has been talking about how he has to improve his power by stepping into the shots instead of throwing arm punches.


Here is him skipping and doing pad work n stuff.
