You're right. Overall, this is a 14 man GP with one participant not yet announced. Wand and the unannounced participate have a bye in the GP.

6 fights were held with 12 fighters this weekend. 6 fighters moved on and Wand and the unannounced fighter will be added to the NYE shows making the remainder of the GP an 8 man tournament as you stated.

Dang, Kron isn't taking it easy in MMA.  A lot of people thought Hideo Tokoro was going to smash him or at least be competitive and he is stepping it up again.  This could be a title fight in Rizin honestly.

Whoever wins this one needs to fight Aoki for the title.
