Are my mod abilities turned off?

Just wondering because I'm not seeing my ability to move topics, sorry if I haven't been active enough gents. 
Anyways in the section https://global-mma.forumotion.com/f9-bellator-videos the "Antonio Silva vs. Daniel Cormier" thread should get moved to the section https://global-mma.forumotion.com/f15-other-mma-organizations .

Your mod abilities are not turned off. Is it only in the Videos section you have this problem?

Looks like abilities work in most sections again except for Videos, News, and NBH. Those are now the only sections I can't moderate from within, looks like I can move stuff into them though.

^Think I fixed it. When the Video section was set up moderators weren't activated.
