Jan Błachowicz signs with wsof

As we learn informally, the best Polish light heavyweight John Błachowicz (17-3 MMA, ranking first in the UK, 22 in the ranking MMARocks) signed a contract with an American organization World Series of Fighting . Everything indicates that the KSW champion in his debut overseas in the second half of the year crosses gloves with Anthony Johnson (15-4 MMA, ranked 21st MMARocks). Terms and Conditions, and the exact date and place of his fights in the U.S. are not yet known.

For blachowicz that of the twenty professional fights until eighteen fought in the NSS, it will be only the second foreign appearance, and the first outside Europe. Jan's a better technical striker and much better submission grappler. Jan easily has it in his bag to sub Johnson. He also move very well on his feet and won't stand there right in front of Johnson like a gassed Arlovski did. I think Johnson could win catching him with one big punch or by laying on him.

I like this fight.

I hate when ring fighters go into a cage because usually the cage fighter grows the mentality of "I CAN ONLY WIN IF I USE MY WACKY CAGE TRICKS OF SHITTY WALL N STALL AND ELBOWS YAY". Hopefully Rumble goes against this mentality.

Love this fight. Two top LHWs outside Zuffa. Can't wait to see it. KSW and WSOF should work close together. After WSOF gets a MW champ, they should send him to KSW to take on Khalidov and Materla. Send Fitch/Burkman winner over to Poland to take on Saidov. Could make some great fights this way.
