We sat down and talked to Ring of Combat President and Former World Kickboxing Champion Lou Neglia at his home in NY to discuss the Ring of Combat, past memories, how it started, Chris Weidman, Drago, new up and coming fighters to watch for in the UFC and much more.
This is a pretty good interview, def worth the watch.
