Tyrone Spong already back to training

So it's been a little over 2 weeks since his shin broke but he's already back to training.



And here's a video 40 hours after his surgery, already walking.

Good to see he´s recovering. Damn he looks small in those vids, especially to compete at HW.

Yeah he should probably stay at lhw, I thought he looked smaller in his last fights aswell.
