Glory 17 “Los Angeles” averaged 462,000 viewers for its two-hour broadcast on Saturday night, according to an industry source.
The event aired on Spike TV beginning at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT and served as a lead-in to the promotion’s “Last Man Standing” pay-per-view. According to the source, viewership peaked at 862,000, although an exact time was not available for when that figure occurred.
The overall figure represents a slight decline from Glory 16, which took place on May 3 and drew an average of 498,000 viewers to Spike.
Glory 17 took place at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., and saw Mirko Filipovic take a unanimous decision over Jarrell Miller in the evening’s heavyweight headliner. The card also featured a four-man featherweight bracket, with Gabriel Varga besting Yodkhunpon Sitmonchai and Shane Oblonsky to emerge victorious.
