Saying anything positive about the UFC isn't exactly encouraged around here. There is plenty of talk about both cards on every other MMA forum, especially among those of us who wager on the fights.

I don't know about everyone, but I have some money on him over Roland Delorme at least.

UFC is boring. It happens every week, sometime twice a week. I don't have the time or patience for it and I am sick of old bald guys in black shirts screaming at me how each of these fights is the greatest ever. If it happens every week then it is not significant.
When I have the time, I might watch Cung Le's fight and Dong Hyung Kim's.

Do whatever you want with your time but most sports are on far more often than MMA. NFL is on 2-3 days per week every week in season. Baseball, hockey, soccer, basketball and many other sports are on multiple times per week. Are they all not significant for their fans?

I find the UFC totally underwhelming from a production standpoint.
The on screen graphics are bad.
The announce team is stale and gives the shows a low budget feel. Goldberg and Rogan repeating the same things over and over, while over selling every thing. When announcing it still seems like Goldberg has very little idea what he's talking about. Just because they yell doesn't make the moment any more special.
They should watch the Bellator or HBO boxing announce teams and take some notes.
That combined with way too many watered down fight cards that are filled with very average match-up's = boring events

The dude is phenomenal. Great build, solid hands, and fantastic submissions. Give him a few years and he'll be in consideration for the elite at 135, although Tanaka is just as good.

UFC is year-round. Every non-combat sport has an offseason which allows fans to cool off and get themselves excited for the upcoming season.
There's no real reason to go beyond one show per month but Zuffa has dug themselves in a hole by going signing crazy in the last five years and the only way they can get everyone fights is through frequent cards, thus oversaturating the product.
They could honestly trim the roster down to 16 per weight class.

Agreed John Perritti. I always feel under whelmed by UFC. It's horrible these days sitting through the whole 5-6 hour event and most the time your watching commercials waiting for the next fight.
UFC have destroyed the excitement

I literally can't even watch a regular UFC event, with Goldberg and Rogan anymore. I'll watch single fights sometimes.
I am actually at least able to watch the shows commentated by other guys, even if they generally also suck. I guess that's one positive aspect of the expansion.
I can't remember the last time I've caught a UFC live though (not including a main event fight or so if boxing or whatever else got over early enough).

You're entitled to your opinion, although your conclusions are not supported by anything. I personally like having fights with fighters from all over the world that I can watch and bet on every week.
