NFL teams alone are worth more and they're considered brands of the NFL are they not?

I think NFL would be listed not individual teams IMO
Ufc has ridiculous Money they aren't going bankrupt anytime soon....even with watered down cards they average enough numbers to produce profits ...its sad really.
Mma is in the hands of rival companies to get their shit together and offer up some stiff comp and fighters to not fight fir peanuts and stand up for themselves.
Fans are fickle and especially NA fans are pumped full of propaganda and honestly don't know any better.
BELLAFORCE is starting to do dome things right as well as wrong but its part of growth. I just wish more overseas orgs had a presence in NA

NFL teams (and other teams of professional leagues) are technically franchises. They are independent enterprises, which are franchises of the NFL brand.

Do something about it.
Speak out against it. Verbally and with your money.
Every ppv that is ordered supports them. Why support these type of people???

Zuffa ppv buyrates are dropping. Help continue that.
I know two friends that have decided to stop purchasing Zuffa ppv's. Mainly because they realized the cards are watered down/over priced but also because I educated them on how Zuffa ownership are extreme scumbags.

I only buy cards worth watching reguardless of promotion.
I used to buy them religiously but I buy far less then I used too.
Again fighters don't have to sign contracts worth peanuts ....they have the option to test markets and even a better idea SPEAK THE FUCK UP!
its sad but no one says shit until they're retired or out of ufc.
Fighters unite and refuse to fight until better compensation is offered ...game over.
I prove myself by speaking out and bringing forth shady shit and exposing propaganda when it needs to be.
I buy a cards when I feel its relevant enough to Garner my attention.
I too know people who stopped watching....but I also know a larger portion who have actually dedicated themselves more.
Numbers have dropped from mmas booming age but they more plateaud ,
basically they aren't making as much money but they are making enough to make a profit.
Fighters and managers truly hold there own fates in their hands as it seems no one can get a union or something established.

This ranking is just putting a value spefically on the UFC's name & logo (think the brand NIKE plus the swoosh logo) as far as marketing goes. This is not a valuation of the company itself where things like revenue, debt, earnings, intellectual property, assets, infrastructure, et al is looked at. This is why the NFL itself or any team is worth a lot more overall but their individual brands/logo are not on the list.
This brand value number is highly subjective. HIGHLY. This does NOT means the UFC itself is worth $1.65B. It is very hard to evaluate & monetize things like brand awareness or brand perception as an asset when selling a company. If this $1.65B brand asset were to be accepted as true by a buyer, it would be put up with all other UFC assets against debt, revenue, earnings, etc. Taking all these thing into account you could have a financially troubled company with $1.65B brand being worth a fraction of that overall or even bankrupt.
