Bellator sucks

DATE: FRIDAY FEBRUARY 27 TIME: 5PM Check In (Must stay until 10pm or the End) LOCATION: MOHEGAN SUN (exact check in location given upon confirming your RSVP) DRESS: UPSCALE CASUAL Think Lounge or Fun Night Out ALL seat fillers must be 21+ SEAT FILLER ROLE: SEAT FILLING is your FUN job for the night! Gotham will have amazing, well dressed people that will fill in VIP or on camera seats throughout the show. As VIP's/Celebrities show up late (or in some cases, not at all), YOU will fill those seats. SO LOOK GREAT, be professional & courteous at all times! Seatfillers will begin their night seated in holding area seats in the arena. As the night goes on, we will bring seat fillers back & forth from the holding area to the on-camera area near the cage. You may be sitting next to a celebrity/VIP or just get a great temporary seat… either way, ALL the seats are on camera areas! We will ask you to leave the seats as our VIPs/celebrities comes back!! When that happens you will get up from you temp seat & Gotham staff will escort you BACK to the Holding area seats to view fights until you are needed again. This process will happen through out the show… there is even a small chance to stay in the on camera seats for the entire show if the need exists! First & foremost Gotham invites are expected to AWAYS act professional DO NOT ask celebrities for pictures/autographs When Asked to leave seats, do so quickly Be aware, this is a live show & you will be on camera wrote:

I'm happy that in the last couple years I've focused on boxing, kickboxing and grappling events.

Have gone from loving bellendtour to seeing it as a ufc 2.0 if anything ever did happen to the ufc that is. They are one and the same in how they treat fighters & the sport imo.

I Actually wouldn't mind seeing just a few more circus fights from kimbo tho just for the hell of it.... kimbo vs tito !

Yeah.

Sadly Bellator is now a lower budget, smaller version of the ufc. ufc 2.0

It's kinda sad.

Bjorn grew the company in a couple years from small cable companies to Spike. He had continual growth in ratings. He ran a successful inaugural ppv event that lost a main event fighter a week before the show.

Now the signs are pointing to a revisiting of Strikefail.

A seat filler is a person who fills in an empty seat during an event. There are two types of Seat Fillers:

a person who subscribes to a seat-filling theatre club. Members of these clubs help fill in unsold seats for theatre, music, film, sporting events, dance performances and other live events. The producers of the event give complimentary tickets to the seat-filling organization, who pass them on to their members. The producers get a fuller audience and therefore a better experience for the paying patrons (and talent), while the seat-filler is able to see an event for a small service charge. Within the industry, this is also referred to as "papering the house".
a person who takes up spare seats when the person allocated the seat is elsewhere. An example of this is the Academy Awards in which many of the audience are either gaining awards, once they win the award the recipient needs to wait for an appropriate time to return to their seat, or because the member of the audience is involved in producing the show. Seat fillers are primarily employed so that when TV cameras show audience shots there are no empty seats.



Bellator just doesn't want vacant seats.....they compd tickets to celebs and friends and whenever these people go to get drinks or leave during a fight they aren't interested,people fill seats so empty seats arent seen.


Its not a big deal whatsoever....this practice is done throughout the entertainment business as well as combat sports.
