RFA and Legacy set to hold cross promotional card RFA vs Legacy

Two of MMA’s best second-tier promotions will come together in May.

They’re not merging, but in a unique venture, RFA and Legacy FC will have its fighters compete against each other on a cross-promotional card of superfights. The news was announced on Friday’s edition of “Inside MMA” on AXS TV, which will broadcast the card, by RFA President Ed Soares.

The Legacy-RFA card includes:

Damacio Page (Legacy) vs. Alexandre Pantoja (RFA) – for flyweight title
Luke Sanders (RFA) meets Terrion Ware (Legacy)
Mike Bronzoulis (Legacy) vs. Dave Burrow (Legacy) – for vacant lightweight title
Joe Cason (Legacy) vs. Jan Jorgensen (RFA)
Charles Byrd (Legacy) vs. Bojan Velickovic (RFA)
Chris Feist (Legacy) vs. Adam Townsend (RFA)
Brian Hall (Legacy) vs. TBA (RFA

Completely agreed, fuck garbage feeder leagues.

These companys cant afford to keep their stars they are regional orgs...

Im happy to watch something that never happens in mma anymore and something i wish happened more often.

They just did DEEP VS. Pancrase at the last NYE event dude, DEEP Dream Impact 2014, so you can't say it's something that never happens in MMA anymore.

Also M-1 collaborated with ACB for M-1 Challenge 54 / ACB 12 back in December you might remember as well.

I wish this took place more often and im happy somebody over here is doing it.

Maybe all that wsof vs bellator talk could come to fruition.....

Im all for org vs org action its exciting fun and gives us some interesting matchups.

Also isnt pancrase just a feeder to ufc so why would you even bring it up if you guys can't stand ufc feeder leagues?

I think north american mma and the culture surrounding it are horrible.

A bellator vs wsof would be like a toilet in a world of shit.

Read a book, go for a run, watch paint dry....I'd avoid that show.
