Zuffa is slowly losing control and it's only a matter of time that a fighters union will be introduced in the UFC. Reebok are crooks!

The theory of unions has to do with the organization of workers.

Individually one is weaker than if collected, and with common interests.

Corporations are organized. That's the entire purpose of them.

Corporate management on the one hand, union management on the other hand, negotiating to try to make deals which are beneficial to all sides.

That's the theory of unions.

Unions have been systematically and strategically undermined over recent decades, and workers have been isolated and marginalized.

It's a big topic.

But it's generally referred to as the emergence of 'precariousness', with respect to the working class.

The Fertittas are notoriously anti-union.

Zuffa is their company.

That's the reality.

This is also not a serious statement from Zuffa, in the OP. It is nothing but threats, put in legalese.

I'm no fan of reebok here but they have done nothing wrong! They bought the rights for being the only UFC merchandise sponsor a fee which was set and accepted by the UFC. All reebok do now is make kits and pay their yearly fee to have their merchandise on UFC shows. Thats where Reeboks commitment to UFC ends.

It's the UFC who decides who gets what and how fighters are compensated. It was UFC's decision to screw over the cutmen and not compensate them. It's the UFC's decision to award 2.5k to fighters with 5 fights or less in the UFC.

To blame reebok is passing the buck and the portion of the blame which 100% should be aimed at greedy ZUFFA.
