I remember someone on here saying they heard Fedor and Rizin didn't come to terms on money. This makes me think maybe that is true. Because Fedor originally said he wanted to fight in April and obviously that didn't happen and this coming Rizin card really could have used Fedor on it.
One fighter I just thought about today for Fedor to fight would be Brandon Vera. He is the One FC heavyweight champ.

Also, I don't know much about Fight Nights Global but aren't their events in a cage? If so, this will be Fedor's fight fight in a cage in a while.

Fedor's apparent cooperation with Fight Nights will likely mean that fans will have the opportunity to watch the legendary fighter live on UFC Fight Pass because of the deal with EFN.
While it remains unclear what Rizin Fighting Federation's role is in Fedor's upcoming fight, the promotion informed BloodyElbow that Fedor is not under exclusive contract and is free to take fights in Russia.

At first when I seen this announced I thought well this is not that great of an idea because of the lack of a legit opponent but then someone mentioned that the opponent could possibly be someone like Vera and I think he is the lhw or hw champ in One FC so that would be a perfect opponent for Fedor at this point if he even decides to start taking tougher fights,but tbh if its not Vera or maybe someone like hell I don't even know because most of the good hw's this organization had were Roger's who he already ko'd and than Erokhin and other russian fighters that I don't see him fighting,probably one of the only good things I see coming out of this next fight for Fedor is the possibly that it takes place within a cage.

Fabio is a step up but not the greatest fight. Crazy there will be a RIZIN/Fight Nights co-promotion with Fedor live on UFC Fight Pass.
