The featherweight title fight between Andy Main and Issei Tamura is going to be the headliner of Pancrase 282.

Main took this title away from Nam Phan back in October of last year. He was scheduled to defend this belt against Juntaro Ushiku in January but the champion torn ACL, therefore, Pancrase held an interim title fight between Tamura and Ushiku in April. UFC veteran won this interim belt via three-round KO, therefore, Tamura is now taking on Main.

The co-main is going to be a bantamweight title fight qualifier between Victor Henry from USA and Rafael Silva from Brazil.

Henry challenged the champ Shintaro Ishiwatari in December. He took Ishiwatari to all the way to the end of five rounds but came up short on judges’ score cards so he has to be hoping for another chance. And obviously, in order for Henry to get that rematch, he would have to win this fight. Silva is the 2013 Bellator tournament winer, and just couple months ago, he dominated Masakatsu Ueda on the ground and won via unanimous decision.

Nakai is trying to get on the Rizin NYE card, wonder how she will do both.
