Wanderlei Silva allegedly out of RIZIN GP

I just received a message from Rizin Fighting Federation that Wanderlei "the Braveheart" Silva doesn't want to fight me. He gets scared and he changed his mind, but he know it from the beginning. Really disappointed if this is true. I love Wanderlei Silva but if this was all just an act I'm gonna lose a lot of respect for him.

Calling out Cro Cop, setting up a marquee fight for Rizin, and to say you don't want to fight him that's pathetic.

If Jiri was healthy and replaced Wand to fight Cro Cop I would be very happy, hell even Teodoras.

But in all seriousness is the Facebook post actually from miko ? And not from a fan made page ? I'm not saying it is or isn't it just that cro cop never struck me as that sort of person .

I think Wand must be injured or something for him to pull out of the GP like this.

I saw this and I didn't expect Cro Cop to write something like this. I don't know why he's upset since he already knocked Wand the fuck out ten years ago and is 1-0-1. This is Wanderlei's loss, not Cro Cop. Honestly, I'm for this is if another up and comer gets a chance. The tournament has some prospects but the more, the merrier since Rizin could always need new stars though they are trying to be fair.

Wait i thought mirko called out wanderlei after he beat that Korean guy and they agreed to the bout in the ring .

If this is true I think its a smart move on Wanderlei's part considering he's been suffering from concussions and memory loss from his career in Pride and probably from that second fight against Cro Cop,so the idea of stepping back into the ring after having a 5 year layoff to face someone that nearly killed you the last time around is suicidal despite what fans think they aren't the ones that will have to deal with the brain damage,Wanderlei is looking out for his health.

A good replacement opponent would be Kharitonov considering he is training right now for a fight,he should scrap that fight and face Cro Cop in the GP and
if they cannot get him than Antonio Silva who in my opinion deserves a shot
like this even more for the fact that he got robbed in his last fight.

Yeah, I know. That's crazy talk. Something has to be wrong for Wand to pull out of a fight. It's not like him to do that.
