Aorigele returns to take on Jérôme Le Banner at ROAD FC 053 on May 18th
Aorigele. The “Kung Fu Panda” (7-3-0-1, Xindu Martial Arts Club) has gone 7-1 in his professional record with ROAD FC. All of his wins are by KO/TKO including those over Yusuke Kawaguchi, Bob Sapp, and the legendary Kazuyuki Fujita.
Jérôme Le Banner is one of the most recognizable figures in the world of kickboxing. The French-born martial artist has won multiple K-1, ISKA, and WKN titles during almost three decades of fighting under striking rules. Le Banner has fought in well over one hundred matches across kickboxing, boxing, and MMA; his kickboxing record is 83-22 with an impressive 67 wins by knockout. Among his victories, he has defeated Tyrone Spong, Musashi, Remy Bojansky, Gary Goodridge, Mark Hunt, Dan Frye, Ernesto Hoost, Peter Aerts and Choi Hong-Man.
Le Banner has challenged in MMA since 2001 with a record of 3-3, most notably defeating Yoshihiro Akiyama and Jimmy Ambriz. He was expected to debut one year ago at ROAD FC 047 in Bejing, China, but was sidelined with a knee injury.

Kickboxing legend Jérôme Le Banner was set to make his debut in the ROAD FC cage in an MMA bout against Chinese heavyweight sensation Aorigele. Unfortunately, Le Banner sustained a back injury in the week previous and will be unable to compete. ROAD FC wishes his a swift and full recovery.
As a replacement, Heo Jae-Hyeok will step up on very late notice to face Aorigele. Heo (1-1, IB GYM) won his debut with a knockout finish of Kim Jae-Hoon, but lost by the same in his second outing against Shim Gun-Oh. In both instances, he showed fearless aggression, and even reversed out of a triangle to show off a big man's grappling strength. In taking up the gauntlet against Aorigele, Heo is proving that he intends to make the show go on, from singing his own walk out song to action for the fans inside of the cage.
