Should be a good card. Very disappointed Yamauchi is off. I guess since this is the second straight time he's missed weight they'll force him to move up to 170.

Yeah, his fight at Bellator Japan also saw him miss weight though he was 157 so not as bad as this cut but he is approaching 30 and as you get older, it can be hard to cut weight. At one point Rumble was able to do 170 but eventually couldn't even make 185 as he got older.

Yeah, any champion not UFC is a can crusher or beating up soccer moms. To be fair, Bellator's Women's Flyweight division is good. Their featherweight needs work but the flyweight is good and could probably get it's own tournament.

I could see it. Bantamweight doesn't have an obvious number one contender though there are studs.

We know it won't happen or anything, but promotion vs promotion battles would be pretty awesome in a more perfect word. I am still not a big fan of the fighters being tired to organizations thing. But, being that's how it is and just for the purpose of entertaining fantasies, imagine a scenario where there is a card in which all the UFC champs fight all the Bellator champs, or something similar. We've seen such things with Bellator vs Dream last year, and K-1 vs Pride and shit like that back in the day. If I was king of the world, I would organize such events, lol. Let's say this, a light heavyweight tournament where each promotion sends their champion or top representative, etc. Or promotion vs promotion battles, like what I mentioned initially. Just a fantasy.

I would love to see it too for the time being it is a fantasy. I don't want to see mma end up like boxing too many belts and top comp not fighting then again no . After all the undisputed champion is the person holding the major titles . Really is its that they don't want to because
1 it will prove that the ufc does not have all the best fighters
2 they don't want other promotions being on an equal level to them
