Mamoru Yamaguchi Vs. Darrell Montague set for Vale Tudo Japan

A colossal flyweight match has been made for Vale Tudo Japan’s highly anticipated return event at the end of the year. According to the official VTJ facebook page, The man affectionately referred to as The Fro and arguably the greatest flyweight in MMA history, Mamoru Yamaguchi will square off against top ten ranked former Tachi Palace champ Darrell Montague in what we expect to be an absolute cracker that could very well propel the winner to the UFC.

Mamoru has been spending most of his time in Shoot Boxing lately with mixed results but is none the less one of the greatest strikers to ever grace MMA. Montague has worked hard in the US to establish himself as one of the top flyweights in the word and has done just that, using his well rounded skills to capture both the Tachi Palace and Gladiator Challenge belts.

Great fight, glad is in Japan so Mamoru won't suffer jetleg and is the highest ranking oponent that he can get right now.

This will be very interesting it just sucks that it's in a cage. But at least The fro has experience in the cage.
