Glad to see Big Nog's arm is healed enough to compete and win so swiftly. I have a feeling Herman won't be around much longer in Zuffa unless he keeps up the shit talking. I hate that Zuffa encourages that stuff, if I ran the org I'd fine a fucking fighter for talking such shit on jiu-jitsu.

Why? Shit talking is a part of the game. It happens in every professional sport. If anything not backing up your shit talk is enough embarrassment.

That was really an amazing and emotional moment. Seeing Nog beat some loudmouth punk and submitting him like that, is something we can't forget.

This man wrote a lot of history on our sport. I always wish him the best.
