Bellator: Dantas vs. Galvao takes place Feb. 14 at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte with a main card on Spike TV following prelims on Spike.com. The event's headliner is a bantamweight title fight between champion Eduardo Dantas (14-3 MMA, 4-0 BFC) and tournament winner Marcos Galvao (13-5-1 MMA, 4-2 BFC).

In preliminary-card action, Tim Goodwin (7-3 MMA, 0-0 BFC) meets Nathan Davis (4-0 MMA, 0-0 BFC) at bantamweight; Chris Mierzwiak (4-2 MMA, 0-0 BFC) takes on Johnny Buck (11-8 MMA, 0-0 BFC) at welterweight; middleweights Kyle Bolt (6-2 MMA, 0-0 BFC) and Joe Pacheco (3-0 MMA, 0-0 BFC) collide; Aaron Johnson (11-10 MMA, 0-0 BFC) takes on Brennan Ward (5-0 MMA, 1-0 BFC) at welterweight; and in a heavyweight fight, David Mejia (4-0 MMA, 0-0 BFC) meets Mont McMullens (2-3 MMA, 0-0 BFC).

The prelims also include a Season 8 middleweight tournament opening-round fight between Sultan Aliev (8-0 MMA, 0-0 BFC) and the unbeaten Mikkel Parlo (9-0 MMA, 1-0 BFC).

Goodwin makes his Bellator debut with two straight wins and three in his past four fights. The South Carolina-based fighter has five of his seven wins by stoppage. Davis, a North Carolina native, drops down from featherweight to try to stay unbeaten in his pro career.

Mierzwiak has won two of his past three fights and has all four of his wins by stoppage. Of his two losses, one came to Dominique Steele in September 2011 for Strikeforce, a unanimous decision setback. Buck, also from North Carolina, has won three straight, including an August knockout of Ricky Rainey under the XFC banner.

Bolt looks for his third straight win. The Californian has wins in six of his past seven fights, including five submission stoppages. Pacheco looks to stay unbeaten and extend his streak of three straight submissions. He drops down from light heavyweight for the bout at 185 pounds.

Johnson has won three of his past five, but is coming off a knockout loss to UFC veteran Rodney Wallace this past July. Ward goes for his second straight Bellator win after winning his debut with a first-round knockout of Sam McCoy at Bellator 81 in November.

And Mejia looks to stay unbeaten at heavyweight and continue his stretch of knockouts. All four of his wins have come from his hands, including three in the first round. The North Carolina-based McMullens has won two of three, but in July was submitted in regional action in Charlotte.

It's going to be pretty interesting considering Galvao and Dantas are pretty tight.

DuDu had an amazing finish! I knew he'd grow and mature from that set back loss to Nam. Dantas is going to be undefeated in Bellator for a long time I think.

Still can't get over how awesome Rogers/Cramer was.

So much respect to both of those guys to leave it all out there.
