Nate's frame makes him too slow for LW, he needs to bulk up big time and move up to WW.

I never thought much of Nate, but Thomson is a total turd too calling him self a "diva"

even cain was delighted with this result , his reaction is priceless on the background next to ronda who looks terrified.
