Update: case dropped and closed. Turned out they are prostitutes, he paid them 1000 euros for a night to celebrate his birthday. When they were done in the morning they realized he had more money on him and tried to get more cash. He refused to pay more and kicked them out. They got mad and called the police to claim rape charges.
After a short time at the police station they backed out.
