I'm so curious why do you like the unified rule of mma in the USA.
1.Tell me why do you like and do you like a lot of controversial score decision?
2. Watch this video and tell me if it changes your mind what matt say and do you think matt home is right yes or no if so why not.

For one, I'm glad that the sport is regulated in a majority of the states. I think.that's the sole positive, otherwise we'd still be having all shows in Casinos and small scale college gymnasiums.

10 point system doesn't belong with mma! People know this but they refuse to make a scoring system for MMA , commission shouldn't take a score system from boxing added apply to mma because it's a different form of a mix combat sport.

Score the whole fight instead of rounds.

Unified rules are atrocious and need to be rid of in MMA.
First of all, the ten point system makes no sense in MMA. It works for boxing and kickboxing cause there you're only striking and only using your hands (and in kickboxing your feet). 10-8s are easy cause 10-8s are when one fighter knocks another down. In MMA, you can use your hands, feet, elbows, and knees. You also have grappling and submission. Scoring fights 10-8 is confusing as nobody seems to know what a 10-8 round looks like in MMA.
The judging criteria is bullshit as takedowns score points but blocking takedown don't. The rules clearly favor wrestlers. Damage and coming close to finishing aren't considered important to judge.
Fights are also more fun when judged in their entirety. When fights are judged like that, fighters could be look bad in the first two rounds but still go out and fight their best in the third cause they can still get a decision win if they nearly finish or deliver enough damage. In the unified rules, most fighters that are down 2 rounds will completely look unmotivated in the third cause they're behind the eight ball and know that they can't win on the judges scorecard.

I definitely don't like them and prefer PRIDE rules but imo investigating the judges is more important.
Unified rules still suck a big one though.
