Kickboxing has no kickboxing world championship

There is no single international governing body. International governing bodies includes International Combat Organization, World Association of Kickboxing Organizations, World Kickboxing Association, International Sport Karate Association, International Kickboxing Federation, World Sport Kickboxing Federation, among others. Consequently, there is no single kickboxing world championship, and champion titles are issued by individual promotions, such as K-1, It's Showtime, Lumpinee Boxing Stadium, among others.

What up kanyeo! I changed the font color in your post so it would show up against the dark background. You need to use lighter color or even bright colors when highlighting stuff. Hope this helps.

Well, K-1 was the closest thing to that. They'd usually bring in the champions of each governing body. I remember them doing that with WAKO, ISKA, and.WBC.champs.

This is a reason I want to see a org like WSL where you take the top 5 or so ranked guys from nit only each promotion of Kickboxing but also from each fighting style.
You have top 5 glory,k-1,iska,savate world champs,tae kwan do,Thai boxing,boxing,Kung Fu,sand shou,etcetc
Bring in the worlds best strikers and have the highest level stand-up fights.
