In their defense there were no big names on the card. Most people don´t care about Georgi Karakhanyan vs Lance Palmer.

But that is on WSOF for the card they put on TV.KSW wrote:In their defense there were no big names on the card. Most people don´t care about Georgi Karakhanyan vs Lance Palmer.

Yeah, that was their weakest card to date in terms of name value. A good main event but the casual isn't going to give a shit. I can't imagine how many people tuned out during the JT Money/Mutapcic fight either.

I agree the ratings don´t look good and that´s too bad. How many viewers would be considered good?

Dude it was their weakest card and considering all the sporting events that were on last Saturday night they really put it on a bad night

NBCSN doesn't really do them many favors with their lack of decent advertising.

I'm not making excuses they had probably their weakest card to date on a night that had a bunch of huge games of importance in college football and they also had to compete with a HBO and a Showtime boxing card. They didn't have any guys of name on the card unless you are a hardcore MMA fan. When guys like Fitch, Arlovski, Spong and Rumble are on the card they bring in a decent amount of viewers.

lol @ Wekka's avatar, best one i've seen yet.
Now back to this Bush card, you get what you pay for.
Zuffa and it's puppet are slowly sinking and the rats are the first to jump ship.

I don´t have a problem with WSOF unless they´re connected to Zuffa. What do you dislike about them outside the Zuffa rumours?mmainamerica wrote:WSOF could personally call and thank everyone that watched their last show, all 94k

I agree it was wrong to bash Bellator like that. I always liked Sefo, don´t know much about that other guy.mmainamerica wrote:WSOF bashed Bellator and Bjorn and that "article" claimed they didn't, its WSOF propagandaKSW wrote:I don´t have a problem with WSOF unless they´re connected to Zuffa. I'm on board now fuck wsof 100%
Shady back alley BS deals talking shit on the REAL competition to ufc.
Hope every wsof event falls flat on its ass and goes bankrupt.
Initially I thought wsof buying other orgs and global expansion was a first step to limiting ufc and beginning another fight for mma...
Really its been an attempt at limiting bellators higher profile acquisitions and really creating a blueprint for ufc in taking over small regions.ufc can basically invade region by region while hiding behind wsof and pretending their growing mma and working with orgs when its all BS.

Great ratings....
10x viewers than WSOF
Yeah pretty impressive considering the average person in the US has no clue about what it is or what K-1 was.
PS - I'm hoping we can squash the WSOF beefs.

I enjoy WSOF but I do have to laugh a little because some were saying how they were going to be overtaken Bellator as the #2 promotion. Maybe one day not anytime soon.
I'm not too surprised by this. No "name" fighters and to be honest, I thought this was going to be a three fight show before it began. I don't recall reading anything that the Starnes fight was moved up and Wikipedia had three fights on the main card.
