The UFC blatantly fucked him over in their shitty "official" rankings when they allowed Gray Maynard to stay ranked at #10 back in May after losing to Diaz in April. And what was Diaz ranked at in May '14?..
NOTHING.

I agree ufc screwed him in rankings and he should be paid more money he is a great fighter and a character easily promoted.

But if he truly wants Nick money he needs to win avcouple more.
