I watched this fight earlier today. That is a sweet KO. Santiago just smashes Pecanha in this fight.

Santiago's power was never really a question. I'd like to see more of him at WW, there aren't as many heavy hitters. I think it is a fucking crime that Dan Hardy is still in the UFC but Santiago is not.

Santiago really needed to destroy someone like this but he looked a bit sloppy in the punching exchanges. I hope he signs with M-1.

I really think he should go down to WW. TBH he just can't hang with the top middleweights.

Jorge is one of my favorite fighters, when he was in SRC, i thought he was going to destroy everyone and contend for anderson's belt
but he always fights a decent fight, ive seen him gas once or twice..........bellator middleweight would get him name recognition. I dont know what more fighters dont do this.....Titan FC is on HDnet here in the states though, but so is MFC. and i wouldnt want to fight there either

DREAM needs to bring him in along with every other Sengoku alum they can get their hands on. Really missed the boat on some of these guys.

DREAM would be the perfect home for Santiago and he already has a fanbase in asia. I was surprised to see him in Titan and I hope he didn´t sign exclusively with them.moronoRepublic wrote:DREAM needs to bring him in along with every other Sengoku alum they can get their hands on. I don't think DREAM is a good place for him. DREAM just doesn't have the WWs and MWs to fight Santiago, unless you really want to see Jorge against Mach Sakurai I agree, DREAM should have jumped on the SRC fighters when they had the chance.
Either way, Bellator is where he needs to be, in either the MW or WW tournaments where he can show off his skills and get back in the rankings.

Best would be if he fought for DREAM and Bellator. DREAM doesn´t have the best roster right now but I think it can be really good in a couple of years.
