Ufc contracts are exclusive.....no wrestling,kickboxing,boxing.....nothing outside zuffa.

^You're probably right, even if Conor retired with fights remaining on his contract, they wouldn't let him box.  Their contracts cover this.

Now he's on 202 and getting a Diaz rematch, this is holding up two divisions!

Yeah, but the boxing fight would be epic. Would be a huge fight, especially if McGregor beats Diaz. That would make it even bigger. This is one fight UFC might, maybe, cross-promote since there would be huge money in it for them if they did.
