Main Card:

Roy Nelson (23-16) vs. (37-11) Mirko Filipović
Main Card | Heavyweight | 265 lbs (120 kg)
Erick Silva (20-9) vs. (20-0) Yaroslav Amosov

Valerie Loureda (0-0) vs. (1-2) Colby Fletcher
Main Card | Flyweight | 125 lbs (57 kg)
Michael "Venom" Page is scheduled to fight Paul Daley on Feb. 16 at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut. The bout is part of Bellator's Welterweight Grand Prix.
A bout between Daley (40-16-2) and Page (13-0) has been talked about for years, but never came to fruition. Even when it was announced that the two would meet in the first-round of the Grand Prix, fans were skeptical that it would happen. Page has been angling for the fight since 2016 when he began calling Daley out on social media, but Daley has turned him aside, claiming that "MVP" is not on his level.
Page, a 31-year-old Brit, continues to assert himself as one of Bellator’s biggest stars. In May in front of his home fans in London, he punched David Rickels hard enough to make him quit early in the second round. Seven of his nine Bellator wins have come by stoppage, and he’s been to a decision just twice in his career.
Daley has alternated wins and losses his past six fightsHe had a five-fight winning streak snapped by Lima at Bellator 158 a little more than two years ago, but rebounded with a highlight-reel flying-knee knockout of Brennan Ward at Bellator 170. He lost to MacDonald in MacDonald’s Bellator debut by second-round submission, but bounced back to knock out Larkin at Bellator 183. In May, though, he dropped a decision to Fitch at Bellator 199.
The winner of the grudge match will meet Douglas Lima, who defeated Andrey Koreshkov at Bellator 206, in the semifinals of the Grand Prix.

In addition, the card will also see a heavyweight No. 1 contender's bout between Cheick Kongo (29-10-2) and undefeated former Bellator heavyweight champion Vitaly Minakov (21-0).
A rematch of Bellator 115, Cheick Kongo will look for redemption against Bellator's longest reigning heavyweight champion, when Vitaly Minakov returns for his first fight with the promotion since 2014. A winner of seven straight, including two consecutive first-round knockouts over Timothy Johnson and Javy Ayala, Kongo has earned the opportunity to compete in a No. 1 contender's bout. Undefeated as a professional, Minakov earned a victory against Alexander Volkov, as well as a previous win against Kongo, in his previous Bellator stint, and later continued his winning ways in Russia against "Bigfoot" Silva and Tony Johnson. The two now meet to determine who will go on to face the winner of Fedor Emelianenko and Ryan Bader.

Definitely his toughest test and it sure has been a long time coming. I think a fight with Lima for the winner makes sense to me as well. Yeah, a Lima/Koreshkov fight could definitely happen again.

The main event wasn't surprising in the least. You got two guys who are strikers and have talked a lot of trash, they won't slug it out cause they're worried of losing to the other. We've seen this time and time again with the Rashad/Rampage being the best. The problem is when you have two guys who hate each other, they play it safe because they don't want to get knocked out after talking so much shit and to someone they hate.
The Minakov loss sucks but it could lead to a trilogy down the line. It stings how we could've had Fedor/Minakov for the title and both lost. From what I've seen, it seems Kongo won with late flurries at the end of rounds.
The Cro Cop one is surprising cause from what I heard, Cro Cop clearly won 29-28 as the Sherdog play-by-play all gave him the first two rounds. What's even weirder is Nelson acting like he was robbed. Well, at least Cro Cop won and he did again as he avenged another loss.
Agree on the last two.

Glad MVP and Cro Cop got the wins.
Next up for Cro Cop could be Kongo or winner of Kharitonov/Mitrione.
