Takenori Sato vs. KEI: 2 is set

The inevitable rematch between Welterweight King of Pancrase and devilish doctor of double wrist locks, Takenori Sato will meet prince of puroresu cosplay, Keiichiro "KEI" Yamamiya, for a second time at the Pancrase - 2012 Neo-Blood Tournament Finals on September 1st and the KOP title will be up for grabs.
The pair first met two years ago and it was KEI who defeated Sato, using his trademark footwork and crisp, accurate boxing to stifle Sato and earn a majority decision. Since then however, Sato has chalked up five wins, one split draw and not a single loss. KEI has also racked up five wins since his encounter with Sato and has a four fight win streak.
This has been a long time coming, many consider Takenori the current ace of Pancrase and the number #1 Welter in Japan. His improvement over the last two years is clear to see but can he get revenge on the veteran KEI, this will be KEI's 70th pro fight and he still has the ability to beat anyone on any given night and knows every trick under the sun. It's one of the most interesting rematches that Pancrase has seen in some time.
