Five title fights will be held in the big event M-1 Challenge 35, celebrating fifteen years of MMA. Lightweight title contender Mairbek Taisumov (Spirit MMA) will meet defending champion Musa Khamanaev (Legion) for the LW strap.





The composition of the tournament:
Aleksander Emelianenko ( AE Team ) 20-5 vs Jeff Monson ( American Top Team ) 46-13

Andrey Semenov 32-9 - TBA

The title fight in the weight category over 93 kg

Kenny Garner ( USA ) 11-3 vs Guram Gugenishvili ( Georgia ) 11-1

The title fight in the weight category up to 77 kg

Alexander Yakovlev ( Alexander Nevsky ) - Rashid Magomedov ( Highlander )

The title fight in the weight category up to 84 kg

Ramadan Emeev ( Highlander ) 8-2 - Mario Miranda (Brazil) 14-4

The title fight in the weight category up to 70 kg

Mairbek Taisumov ( Spirit MMA ) - Musa Khamanaev ( Legion )

The title fight in the weight category up to 65.8 kg

F#cking unbelievable. I´m glad they´re giving Taisumov the shot so Bellator or someone else doesn´t sign him.

Brace your favourite guy is fighting for the strap.. Where you at Brace?

Probably the best card that M-1 has ever put out on paper. At first, I would've liked to have seen a much better fight for the LHW strap but as much as this card has rounded out, I don't mind it one bit.

Taisumov should've had this shot long ago. Although he lost a little momentum, it's still a fight that makes sense and should be entertaining.

Interested to see who is lined up for Semenov. A shame Sultanakhmedov couldn't be ready by then.

It sucks he's been out so long. Still no date for his return. He should fight Miranda his first fight back.
