Well, posting a sarcastic critique & commentary about a fighter or any MMA-related person on most MMA discussion forums does not violate forum rules. It doesn't here either. It is important to review the forum rules here when you are new to the site.
If you still feel that something was done wrong here out of line with the forum rules, then I'm not sure what to say other than there's not.

Just to be fair... how do you react at other sites when you see the kinda stuff below a lot? Do any of those sites shutdown this type of talk or opinion???
Oh and the no promoter bashing or org bashing must be a joke when you have members named Fedor-Nuthugger Killer and all I see is posts like "fake M-1 belts" and how M-1 championships don't mean anything. Not to mention all the trashing of Vadim Finkelstein that goes on here.

if your looking for a newfag TUFbum forum that idolizes dana white and everything Zuffa this probably ain't the place for you.
And as far as stepping up in weight i don't think its necessary, theres plenty of challengers and good fighters out there, but Zuffa has convinced all thenewfags with they're shitty match making and signing practices that their champs are so invincible they must fight each other.

This works for A LOT of fighters actually. In all orgs and countries massive weight cutting is becoming the norm and some guys rather suffer than go up.
Back then fighters did it, not very often today. I was glad to hear when Jones said he would go up, and how Vitor went up to face him, or even Anderson went up, dispite fighting Forrest and Bonnar more recently and not THE guy to face.
In boxing you have a shitload of weightclasses so i guess this makes it easier for them, but some fighters today in MMA should move up.

I would like visit them and maybe join them??? I'm am being really serious. I would like to have an additional forum to go where I can discuss M-1 & Vadim without being attacked just for mentioning there names or actual news story about them without any commentary/opinion from me.

This thread is about Tommy Hearns and moving up in weight! Let's talk about that. 
Unfortunately in MMA the real "stars"--Jones, GSP, Aldo, Anderson--like to stay where they are and not take any risks in moving up in weight. They can still be considered "great" or "ATGs"--if that has any real meaning in a sport so new as MMA--if they dominate a weight class. There is never really any pressure on them from the fans or the promoters to take risks; they just want them to see dominant to sell tickets & PPVs.
Outside of the stars, we see a bit more movement--usually cutting down in weight classes for a supposed size advantage. Size does matter in boxing, as the weight behind punches definitely can affect a fighter, but the gap is so much less that moving up at most (outside of HW and the gap between LHW-CW) between 3-7 lbs. Then when you compare this to MMA, where the gap ranges from 10-20 lbs (outside of HW), it's a bit different. Plus, size plays more of a factor in MMA due to the grappling aspect, as everyone knows.
