DREAM and OneFC Partner Up Plus Other HUGE News

There we have it - DREAM and OneFC have a partnership. Sources out of Japan confirmed with MMA-JAPAN that the two organizations have indeed agreed to a partnership. Here is the scope of it:

Both sides have agreed to a copromotion at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in March.

A couple of DREAM fighters will be on the February OneFC card Indonesia.

DREAM should have 4-6 shows in 2012 - a big uptick from last year

OneFC will do 8-12 shows across Asia

The OneFC Network will now have at least 40 shows in 2012

The OneFC Network has now signed another 21 EXCLUSIVE partners to it's network bringing it to a total of 38 of the top Asian MMA promotions and gyms in Asia, or 90% of this. These include gyms and promotions of the largest MMA brands in Asia.

90% of all eligible Asian fighters are now under the OneFC umbrella - impressive numbers here!

The Asian MMA Summit which will be lead by Victor Cui will be held in Singapore the week of the 21 of November. All the huge players in Asian MMA will be attending.

Asian MMA Summit Held Next Week

Another game changer is underway in Asia as Victor Cui of OneFC will be the wheels behind the Asian MMA Summit to be held in Singapore the week of 21 November. The Summit will be held at the SIX star St. Regis Hotel - the most prestigious hotel in Singapore.

This is excellent news , I hope it comes to fruition. It's like the USA vs the world now , we shall see how the UFC reacts to this.

One FC is much about hype, but until now they just did hold a mediocore event.

M1 will now have Europe locked up, Dream/OneFC will have Asia locked up. M1 and DreamFC seems to be willing to copromote which is great and both should have a steady stream of top international fighters and unending line of new prospects.

Zuffa on the other hand will continue to play all by itself. Their redeeming feature is that they can make up and bull shit their ranking. This is a slow death though especially when people and MMA fans wise up.

Did hear shady things of them and they tried to harm a friend. This project is interesting though.

Withe Europe(except the UK) and Asia on lock then that leave south America particularly Brazil unlocked. It's going to be tough because Brazil is being infected by zuffa because their will be a tuf Brazil coming soon.

Kings Court - Asian MMA Summit Highlights

As we first told you about last week, Victor Cui held the inaugural Asian MMA Summit today in Singapore - something that no other country has ever even made an attempt at doing. In doing so, the entire OneFC Network was on hand to stomp out different ideas, ideals, and the like. Cui, the brains behind the entire operation, has been very enthusiastic about the Network, and rightfully so.

Sources from multiple Asian MMA organizations have reported to MMA-Japan the details of the Summit, and we are impressed to say the least.

OneFC is now the major leagues of Asian MMA. By saying that, we mean that all the domestic promotions (RoadFC, CFC, URCC, etc...) have agreed to have their champions and top fighters "graduate" to OneFC which is more or less deemed the big leagues of Asian MMA.

OneFC and CFC, the top Aussie fight promotion, have agreed to do a co-promotion in Perth, Australia at some point in 2012, which actually adds an entire continent to the mix.

OneFC and URCC have agreed to do a co-promotion in July 2012 in Manila, Philippines. The venue for this event has been booked and it is green lighted, 100% ready to go.

OneFC is going to make a monumental announcement with regards to their media deals. They have 4 huge media deals with another 3 almost wrapped up. When the other 3 are done, the announcement will be made. A record ONE BILLION viewers will be tuning in to the organization and their network - the largest in MMA history.

A huge fight has been booked for the OneFC event in Jakarta next year. CFC champion Bernardo Trekko vs Martial Combat champion Ole Larson is said be in the makings for the event.

Expect to see a press release in the coming day or two with loaded with the full details of the Asian MMA summit!

DREAM and ONE FC announce partnership, likely March 31 show in Singapore

The Japanese-based DREAM organization and the upstart ONE Fighting Championship promotion today announced a partnership.

As part of the deal, the organizations will co-promote events and have agreed to exchange fighters for their respective shows.

The deal goes into affect immediately, and the first co-promoted show is tentatively slated for March 31.

The deal means any ONE FC fighter is automatically eligible to compete on a DREAM card, and any DREAM fighter is automatically eligible to compete for ONE FC. The first co-promoted show, "ONE FC/DREAM in Singapore," is targeted for March 31 at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore, though ONE FC fighters may compete for DREAM before then.

The March 31 date is subject to approval from media partners and other third parties. Broadcast plans haven't been announced.

"I am thrilled by this partnership," stated ONE Fighting Championship CEO/owner Victor Cui. "Japan has the highest level of MMA fighters in Asia due to its long history in the sport. DREAM is the most prestigious event in Japan. With this partnership, ONE Fighting Championship and DREAM will continue to showcase the most exciting fights between the best fighters in Asia. DREAM event producer Keiichi Sasahara echoed those sentiments.
