Wow. It sounded in his last interview back home that he was staying in Russia. He didn't sound happy over here.

Bellator makes its inaugural visit to the Moda Center -- formerly the Rose Garden -- in Portland, Ore. That card’s Spike TV broadcast will showcase the lightweight tournament quarterfinals, as Rob Sinclair, Martin Stapleton, John Alessio and Marcus Davis square off with Rich Clementi, Saad Awad, Will Brooks and Alexander Sarnavskiy, respectively.
Immediately prior, the preliminary draw will feature a 155-pound showdown between tournament veterans Ricardo Tirloni and Marcin Held, as well as a middleweight pairing pitting M-1 alumnus Tyson Jeffries against undefeated Joe Pacheco. Meanwhile, former Strikeforce talent Nathan Coy takes on Andy Uhrich at 170 pounds, and two-time Bellator vet Jeremiah Riggs locks horns with Peter Aspenwal at middleweight.

The full fight card has been set for Bellator MMA's first trip to Oregon.
Bellator 101 takes place Sept. 27 at The Moda Center at Rose Quarter (formerly known as Rose Garden) in Portland.
The four-fight main card, which features the start of Bellator's Season 9 lightweight tournament, will air on Spike TV following prelims on Spike.com. As previously reported, the eight-man tournament includes Rich Clementi (45-22-1 MMA, 2-2 BMMA) vs. Rob Sinclair (12-2 MMA, 0-0 BMMA), Saad Awad (14-5 MMA, 2-2 BMMA) vs. Martin Stapleton (12-1 MMA, 0-0 BMMA), John Alessio (34-16 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) vs. Will Brooks (10-1 MMA, 2-1 BMMA) and Marcus Davis (22-9 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) vs. Alexander Sarnavskiy (23-1 MMA, 2-1 BMMA).
The preliminary card will include a key lightweight matchup between recent lightweight tournament finalist Marcin Held (15-3 MMA, 4-2 BMMA) and Ricardo Tirloni (15-4 MMA, 2-3 BMMA) as well as five other fights.
Held had a five-fight win streak snapped by Dave Jansen at Bellator 93 in March in the Season 7 tournament's finals. That bout was delayed from December, when the two were supposed to fight – but couldn't because Held couldn't get into the casino venue in Indiana because he was only 20 years old at the time. Still regarded as one of Bellator's best young prospects, he'll be looking to get back on track to earn a spot in a future lightweight tournament.
Tirloni is in bad need of a win with losses in three of his past four fights. After signing with Bellator on an 10-fight win streak, he won his promotional debut at Bellator 55. But then he was stopped by Rick Hawn midway through their Season 6 lightweight tournament opening-round fight. He rebounded in the Season 7 tournament's opening round, submitting Rene Nazare at Bellator 77. But he dropped a split decision to Jansen in the semifinals, then lost to Brooks in the Season 8 tourney's opening round.
Also on the preliminary card, Joe Pacheco (6-0 MMA, 2-0 BMMA) meets Oregon native Tyson Jeffries (10-7 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) at middleweight; a pair of Strikeforce veterans meet when Andy Uhrich (8-3 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) takes on Nathan Coy (12-4 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) in a welterweight bout; Jeremiah Riggs (7-7 MMA, 1-2 BMMA) and Peter Aspenwal (2-4 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) meet in a middleweight fight; Scott Thometz (6-2 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) meets Brent Primus (2-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) at lightweight; and bantamweights Austin Springer (3-0 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) and Brent Alvarez (1-1 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) will clash.
The complete Bellator 101 card now includes:
MAIN CARD (Spike TV, 9 p.m. ET)
Rich Clementi vs. Rob Sinclair - lightweight tournament opening round
Saad Awad vs. Martin Stapleton - lightweight tournament opening round
John Alessio vs. Will Brooks - lightweight tournament opening round
Marcus Davis vs. Alexander Sarnavskiy - lightweight tournament opening round
Marcin Held vs. Ricardo Tirloni
PRELIMINARY CARD (Spike.com, 7 p.m. ET)
Tyson Jeffries vs. Joe Pacheco
Nathan Coy vs. Andy Uhrich
Peter Aspenwal vs. Jeremiah Riggs
Brent Primus vs. Scott Thometz
Brent Alvarez vs. Austin Springer

Wow great card top to bottom going to be fun to watch ...
My only beef with bellator is they have been putting on such great undercards why the hell not televise them? could do like a countdown show like ufc dies talking about main card hyping up fights and in between watch some great up and comers or tournament vets.
Also clementi looked solid last run in bellator only losing to one of the best prospects in bellator.after being treated for sleep apnea he will be better conditioned I'm eager to see him in action as well as the rest of this Awesome tournament.

Former UFC heavyweight Cheick Kongo will make his Bellator MMA debut later this month.
The promotion on Saturday announced during its season opener, Bellator 98, that Kongo (18-8-2 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) will meet Mark Godbeer (8-1 MMA, 0-0 BMMA) at Bellator 101. Although not announced by Bellator, Godbeer-Kongo is expected to be part of the Season 9 heavyweight tournament.
Bellator 101 takes place Sept. 27 at The Moda Center at Rose Quarter (formerly known as Rose Garden) in Portland.
Kongo lost two of his final three bouts in the UFC with knockout setbacks to Roy Nelson at UFC 159 and Mark Hunt at UFC 144. Overall, the Frenchman went 11-6-1 in the UFC, but when it came time to re-sign with the promotion, the two sides when their separate ways. He remains one of the more feared strikers in the sport.
Godbeer will fight for the first time since March 2012, when he got a first-round win at BAMMA 9. In November 2011, he was stopped by Anthony Taylor at a Supremacy Fight Challenge event in his native England – the first loss of his career. Before that, he had a seven-fight winning streak – all stoppages.
The Bellator 101 card now includes:
MAIN CARD (Spike TV, 9 p.m. ET)
Mark Godbeer vs. Cheick Kongo
Rich Clementi vs. Rob Sinclair - lightweight tournament opening round

Healy is pretty good at neutralizing submissions, just like his brother, but Marcin has a disgustingly good guard, so it'll definitely be interesting.

It would be nice to see Tiger winning but at the same time I want to see him back in the M-1 ring. If he loses in this tourney I think he´ll follow Slava and go back to M-1.

Common Johan! Why would you want the kid to loose? To watch him on m1! Slava is back with m1 because of his horrible contract he had signed a long time ago, not by choice! Tiger has a lot of potential but he has to be focus this time, his lone loss he was the favorite and got dominatedKSW wrote:It would be nice to see Tiger winning but at the same time I want to see him back in the M-1 ring.
