There's still not a true fix to scoring. Remember how Murilo Ninja got absolutely robbed against Rampage? Same goes for Ricco and Minotauro.

Not just unified rules it IS THE JUDGES
We've had this debate before but with qualified judges unified rules while not perfect would still work fine.
