I wouldn't be surprised if Rampage didn't make it through the tournament.
Watching Page and Mo finally fight would be nice BUT I'd rather see Mikhail win the entire tournament more than anything!

Rampage vs mo is one of the more interesting fights that more 'casual' fans will want to see. Both have a tough test in front of them in the sense that they can flop and look awful at any moment. King mo is packing some glass and rampage has a lack of heart that often shows up. Either one can lose on any given night to any given opponent.

Mo has looked bad against Newton but I highly disagree any opponent could beat him its his gameplanning and training that need work.(doing mma and pro wrestling doesn't help)
Rampages heart isn't ever in question it was his sheer ability to move and train properly both have been addressed.
If a fight between page and mo is to cone to fruition I'm glad its now.

Bellator’s first show in the 10th season will feature the return of UFC and WEC veteran Diego Nunes.
Following a disappointing promotional debut last September, Nunes returns to the cage at Bellator 110 against Matt Bessette on Feb. 28. Bessette announced the bout on his Twitter, and Nunes confirmed the match-up to MMAFighting.com.
"I’ve signed the contract two weeks ago," Nunes said. "It will be the opening round of the next tournament."
Released from the UFC with a 3-3 record inside the Octagon, Nunes (18-5) was finished for the first time in his professional career in a 79-second knockout loss to two-time tournament winner Patricio Freire, marking the first time he suffered back-to-back losses in his 10-year MMA career.
Bessette (12-4) enters the featherweight tournament for the first time after three victories under the Bellator banner. "The Mangler" scored decision victories over Saul Almeida and Paul Barrow in his first couple fights at Bellator, and knocked out Nick Piedmont last September.
"He’s coming off wins, hungry to build his name with a win over me," Nunes told MMAFighting.com. "The time and date are perfect. I’m looking forward to get in there and fight him."
Bellator 110 will be headlined by two light heavyweight tournament match-ups, featuring Rampage Jackson vs. Christian M’Pumbu as the headliner, and King Mo Lawal vs. Mikhail Zayats in the co-main event.

Bellator is doing it right. Rampage shold have been in a tourney in the first place instead of the Ortiz superfight. If Ortiz comes back they should put him in a tourney as well.

Interesting Rampage interview from mixfight.ru about the car chase..
Quinton Jackson shared details of history in 2008 when he arranged a race with the police, which led to several lawsuits and was rumored to have an abortion, even one of the victims in the incident
"All I was doing - it was just trying to get to my friend at the time. He was going to commit suicide"
"Nobody ever talked about how all eventually ended, and therefore to me to label this type here. But the truth never surfaced until now, and it is that I saved a man's life"
"That lady who has had a miscarriage, she thought I was some kind of star, I broke the mirror on her car and she decided to sue me. Miscarriage she suffered two days before the incident"
"She was trying to get money from me, but when the insurance company began to understand the situation, it turned out that she was lying, and she paid only for the insurance for the mirror"

Bellator's plan will be foiled imo Rampage wins but I see Zayats beating king mo. I think Rampage could win the tourney but he loses to either Vegh or Newton!

The eight-man lineup for Bellator's season 10 featherweight tournament has been finalized, promotion officials announced Friday.

Weichel and Zayats FTW. It would be awesome if Zayats ruined the party and took the title.

I wouldn't mind seeing Zayats take this but I've been wanting to see the Page/Mo fight for years.

I guess it's safe to say everyone is more pumped for this than they have been for the last 25 UFC events? lol

Hell yeah. I've been looking forward to Bellator for months. That's a benefit of the Bellator model. They have an off-season and it makes you excited at the next season. The UFC does a show nearly every week and it's hard to look forward to them cause there's always another one immediately.
