close fight but it was so fucking boring, neither deserved to win...

but im getting to the conclusion that king mo is one of the most overhyped fighters, man this guy talks alot of smack but i dont see him beating newton, vegh or rampage

How could you not get hype after that? Who cares if they both have broken knees, they'll still put on a better show than most of the no personality fighters in MMA these days!

I think Mo happened to Kid Yamamoto and has really diminished due to injuries. This is not the same fighter that we saw enter Strikeforce.

bro mo is a young fighter but he is a shell of himself of that sengoku and strikeforce fighter, the same can be said about page, his best days are behind them!

its nothing like i dislike them its the truth, specially mo, its sad to watch him right now

i do care, because both are injured and probably one of the 2 will pull out of the fight ala tito ortiz!

this is not TNA, they did a wrestling job promoting the fight afterwards...

rooting for the vegh/newton winner over the winner of this 2

You can imagine negative stuff like fighters pulling out if you want dude, I personally thought it was nice to be reminded of what it is like when legit fighters care enough to be entertainers as well rather than just non-personality competitors!

MMA is fucking boring in North America with it's gentrified Zuffascape filled with feeder league and other bullshit so I appreciate when fighters are given the chance to make an effort to do a promotion job, which I thought they did well! Especially after going through real fights against legit opposition. Bringing the SPIRIT of that real rival fight hype, PRIDE FC style.

Anyways that's my rant     but BELLATOR IS WAR, WE'RE BACK YO.

    

And you're right, Newton VS. Vegh II is going to be a quality match coming up soon too! Who you got in the rematch? Newton has good momentum and has been the more active fighter so I'm picking him to win this time.

I called this upset in chat! Ask kayneo, I had a weird feeling. The 30-27 was obvious lame home field advantage judging though. Even Bessette admitted he couldn't have won the 1st round. I thought 3rd round was close enough to merit the split decision though it should have been all 29-28s to either fighter.
