Joe Rogans spin on fights

Me personally I have not watched a UFC event with sound for 2 years now. I just want to see the fights in peace, avoid all the noise and commercials while I'm on twitter at the same time I see nothing but people commenting about Joe Rogan and what he's saying.

Take last night for example I thought Lombard played a good paced fight but people on twitter were commenting that Rogan was saying Hector was tired this and that and doesnt deserve a title shot. Me personally I think Rogan is a jake sheilds fan and he's trying to take hector down a peg meanwhile making sheilds not look so bad in defeat. He plays favorites and makes a fight seem closer than it is when it's clearly not. Or he'll just talk about one fighter meanwhile ignoring the other.

I really cant stand joe rogan. he's a moron. He is by far the fucking worst. A professional comedian doing sports commentary? wtf? seriously? who give a shit if he has a black shirt in 10th planet crap jiu jitsu. he knows nothing other than BJJ

Rogan has always been a biased announcer. He's trash and annoying on commentary. I don't get why people like his stuff but I guess the bar is low since UFC doesn't have any good announcers. Nobody likes Mike Goldberg, Jon Anik is bad and boring to listen to, and Kenny Florian can be as biased as Joe Rogan. I'll take Sean Wheelock and Jimmy Smith or Steve Dawson and Jason Chambers any day.

Personally, I fight it best watching UFC events with the sound down 'and' the brightness turned off.

I prefer the guys that do cagewarriors more than idiot rogan and goldberg

As much as I hate rogans comments I agree Lombard slowed down man he coulda pushed pace and finished shields he had nothing for Hector.

I guess nothing other than swinging like the 135lbers for 15 minutes straight and not being tired is not good enough for mr rogan

sheilds is tricky on the ground! the last 20 seconds lombard looked tired.

is anyone expecting lombard to really be an endurance athlete based on his size and explosiveness. he aint no nick diaz

I don't know. I feel there are times where his MMA/martial arts nerdiness does make good commentary. But I do agree that watching with the sound turned off makes for a better fight. Too often he his commentary is off track of what is really going on.

Yeah, he's terrible at his job but I can't watch with the sound off though I wish I could. I like hearing the corners, the crowd, and the sound of a good shot landing too much.

I wish they would just stream a version without commentary. I'd love that.

I believe they have it in spanish where u don't heat Goldie & Rogan xD

i've watched UFC cards with Swedish commentary, not exactly the best but way better than Goldie & Rogain
