During the event the fans will see a superfight for M-1 Global featherweight title between defending champion Ivan Buchinger (29-4), Slovakia and former lightweight M-1 champ Mansour Barnaoui (12-2), France, who changed from lightweight division to conquer another TOP-level belt on October 10 at M-1 Challenge 62 event in Sochi.
Ivan Buchinger hadn't lost a fight for 2.5 years, since his fight with Conor McGregor. Being the fighter of TOP German club - MMA Spirit, he won all his 4 fights in M-1 and now is ready to defend his title on October 10!
But Mansour Barnaoui is nobody less than a really gifted fighter and a prodigi of contemporary MMA. He is former 100% Fight, Cage Warriors, BAMMA and M-1 Challenge lightweight champ who hand't lost for 2 years. Adding M-1 featherweight title to his collection will make Barnaoui one of the most titled European MMA fighters.
The Lightheavyweight title fight between Stephan Puetz and Viktor Nemkov was cancelled, as Nemkov got some serious health issues recently. Now promotion is seeking the new opponent to come against Stephan Puetz on 1 month notice.

Joe "Florida Boy" Ray vs. Slava Vasilevsky fight is set for M-1 Challenge 62
Joe "Florida Boy" Ray (12-4) likes to show spectacular fights and knockouts. That was what he did with another tough veteran Luigi Fioravanti one year ago. Joe Ray is strong, powerful and hungry for win.
Vyacheslav Vasilevsky (26-3) is one of the most prominent Russian middleweights and former M-1 Global MW champ. After losing title to Ramazan Emeev, Slava wants to reestablish himself among the TOP-level Russian and European MMA fighters. And spectacular win is definitely what he needs right now
