DEEP is returning to Tokyo on May 12. The Japanese promotion has announced a featherweight title fights for DEEP 89 Impact at the Korakuen Hall.

At the top of the bill is a featherweight title fight between defending champion Satoshi Yamasu (10-4) who faces JMMA veteran Daiki "DJ.taiki" Hata (19-12).

The co-main event of DEEP 89 will see Takafumi Otsuka (25-15-1) against Trevin Jones (11-6), while UFC/WEC veteran Takeya Mizugaki (22-13-2) is set to fight against the former Deep featherweight title challenger Shoji Maruyama (16-11-1).
