Sounds good. Are we going to create a thread in the forum with a blank list to get everyone's input and put a list together which will then be weened down to a top 5 for nominations to start the polling?

The main reason is that because there are so many of them, we can have a real discussion and vote on it.

All of those by Eddie are great though. On the more positive side, such as best network, etc., there is also plenty to vote on. Parasite and worst promotion, sort of obvious, haha.

Just a thought. Of course there could be polls, but perhaps whomever is in charge of this could ask people to post their top 5, or top 3, or whatever in the thread, as well. It may simply yield more potentially useful data to do so. Not a big deal, just a thought.

I think this is a good idea. Zuffakiller, what are your thoughts? I suggest we do this and then a group of 3 - 5 people decide on how to ween the top picks down to a top 5 or so nomination to start the polling.

I updated my post with a top 3 list. I had to go with all GLOBAL picks since every other source is 99% Zuffa.

I suggest you get a lot of input from everyone threw these messages you sent and from this thread and then put together a top 5 in each category similar to the Fighters Only World Zuffa Awards. After that setup polls for everyone on the site to vote based on the top 5. May want to collect the information into December to capture most of the year. I think the Zuffa awards go from Nov. - to Nov. or something like that but this looks like it will cover 2012 Jan. - Dec. You could hold the polls open for weeks to get a lot of votes (maybe even all of Dec. or something like that). After all the winners are decided it would be cool if they were on the home page or linked at the top of the site.

Yeah, you could do a bunch of separate polls for each category. That would be a lot of polls though. Is there any other way to do multiple categories in one poll? May have a top 3 instead of a top 5 and do 3 polls in each poll thread.

Yeah, hopefully they can figure out something. There would be a ton of poll threads otherwise or else the picks would just be in a thread or something like that. Polls would be much better.
