This is a good site/database to follow Russian/former-Soviet Union professional MMA. http://fightlife.ru/en/
fightlife.ru also follows Russian kickboxing & Muay Thai. Some organizations hold mixed event with MMA & kickboxing fights on the same card. 8)
The best way to find fighters is to go to the team section. Many of the fighters have their fight videos posted to the right of their listed fights. There are 2604 professional fighters in the database.

The only thing strange is how they only list a fighter's record in Russia. I looked at Damkovsky and was like, 5-2?...I know that guy has more than 7 fights.
mixfight.ru is another good resource but it involves some translating.
