Wanderlei Silva has expressed the desire to return to the category until UFC 93 kg, and his trainer of Muay Thai, Rafael Cordeiro, believes that this would be a good change for the athlete, who wrote his name in the history of the sport among the heavyweight.

"I think it would be good for him to go back to a category where he was champion for all life. He'll be going back to the roots ", opined the leader of Kings MMA, where he trained the" mad dog ", in an interview with the MAT.

Wanderlei returned to the UFC at the end of 2007, after the bankruptcy of Pride, but reestreou with defeat in epic struggle against Chuck Liddell. He gave right back up with a lightning victory over Keith Jardine, but the setback before Rampage Jackson did descend from category.

The duel with Rich Franklin, in Germany, was in the category of intermediate weight (88 kg), and shortly thereafter Tito made three fights at Middleweight, to again face Franklin at combined weight.

"He is strong, does not have to go without eating ... Will encourage much not having to cut much weight. It looks good at 93 kg ", ensures the coach. "It is the return of the Champ. He likes to fight heavy ".
