*Attention Zuffakiller & MR Willie!

I know that each of you have some issues with each other. IMO - both of you are guilty on some level of being childish with name calling and fighting out in the forums.

At this point it does not matter who started this or that. What matters is is that both of you are reacting to each other in little girl'ish kinda ways out in the forums.

At this point I'm going to ask both of you to refrain from talking to each other out there. Again it does not matter who started what. If either of you continue to engage each other or there are post moved or deleted Johan and I will be forced to deal with you. This stuff will not be tolerated and will no longer have a negative impact on the site. Man up and both be adults here! Responding to childish things unprofessionally is just as bad as initiating the childish bullshit.

***This is a warning - Your moderator ranks can be revoked at any time. This is something that Johan & I would prefer not to do but we may be forced to. After that, just like with anyone else we would also consider banning either of you if this persists. Again, we don't want to go there but we may be forced to cut somebody loose for the good of the site.

*FYI - A history for all posting & moderating activity is available for Johan & I in the site admin. It is not advisable for anybody to delete posts or OP's. I am suggesting that you send any post for potential deleting to Johan or I. That being said, we feel that there should never be posts or threads deleted unless there are serious infractions like pornography or vile content like overt-racism etc... No opinions on MMA should ever be deleted no matter how much they differ that anybodies. That will NOT happen here.

Lastly, everyone really values the work and other things you bring to the site. Make no mistake about that. Everybody wants both of you here. However, if this matter is not resolved quickly the negative may outweigh the positive for the site for either one of you... or both of you.

Please be adults and let's fix this shit. Simple avoidance of each other is best.

No one wants that. Both he and MR WILLIE are gonna have to set their differences aside and not engage each other FOR THE GOOD OF G-MMA itself. I hope they can do that. There should never be any public fighting by mods or admin out in the forums. That stuff will eat itself away at the site until it collapses.

The moderator group has to be a cohesive team where the site is put before themselves. If people can't do that they should not be mods who police the site. Mod-ship may just not be a good fit for everyone. That is always the the case on forums.

I really hope ZK stays. Maybe he needs to take a bit of a break for himself to refresh and reassess. If MR WLLIE and he can call a truce and stop with the back and forth insults and everything else.. I'm hoping we can move forward beyond this. If not, some changes will need to be made by Johan and myself. I hope it never comes to that.

Dag, could the news threads that ZK or Wille create in the News Forum somehow also be mirrored in the Discussion Forum? This should eliminate duplication from the News Forum and Discussion Forum by anyone. They could also share this responsibility. It seems like this is the biggest issue between them. Just some thoughts.

It would suck to lose either of them.

They are both great contributors to this site.

Sorry. sometimes 35 of 38 threads were news articles by only ZK or MILLIE. It looked like they were the only 2 thread starters on the entire site some days. This was not good as it was terrible for getting members to post their own original threads which is what an MMA discussion forum is for.

The member written OP threads get a lot of action many times 20, 40, even 100+ responses and usually a lot more in depth discussion. On the other hand, a huge percentage of news article only OP's were not getting any response or like 0-3 maybe. The 0, 1, 2, etc. response kinda news articles where being put up in mass each day. Sometimes 10 or 20 from either guy. This stuff was knocking a lot of the member written OP threads off the front page in half a day. It was ridiculous.

Both ZK & Willie were asked to find their 3 hottest headlines each day and post them. That would be 21 news items each or 42 total weekly. That's even a lot. Anything else was to be posted in the new forum where news only articles really should be. We are not going back to what was happening. It was counter productive for the MMA forum.

Guys seriously, get ZuffaKiller back in here, it's members like him that we need on our team, not the opposite.

I think he did a good job posting news/ starting threads despite nobody ever showing interest or posting , he continued doing it because he believes in our forum.

Johan and I do not want ZK to leave. He is a huge part of G-MMA. We just need to find an appropriate solution to the beef between these two guys. If we can't then they need to agree to disagree and avoid engaging each other. We can't have mods or admins calling each other names and fighting in the forums. Again, it really doesn't matter who started what. It just can't happen. Both guys are gonna have to man up and refrain from the crap that's been going on out there. How does this look to lurking potential new members???

I hope ZK cools off his frustrations and comes back. I will work with both guys separately to broker a truce and make this thing work.

OK, I see. Yeah, I remember when those were flooding the forum.

To be fair ZK was the news guys first but personally I appreciate both members and the hard work they do as combat sports fans. I would be very happy to see this beef squashed or compromised at least. I would be very disappointed to see either member leave for good.

I hope ZK decides to come back one day.
