yep kind of....they are sponsoring minor events around the world, by doing that they can send young fighters on their roster to be active and also looking for talents around the world that they can sign....this was the first but im told they have been in discussions to do the same in canada and russia!!!! when i have more info ill bring it up

Kind of sounds like what KOTC has been doing for years now, but with hopefully more uniformity.
